GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
*ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the relationship between FELINE ERA (hereinafter "the Seller") and the customer (hereinafter "the Buyer") for the online sale of fashion products on the feline-era.com website, hosted by Squarespace.
*ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
2.1. Orders are placed online on the Website.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order that does not comply with these GTC.
2.3. The Buyer is responsible for verifying the conformity of their order before confirming it.
*ARTICLE 3: PRICE
3.1. Product prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include shipping costs.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.
*ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY
4.1. Products are delivered to Canada, the United States, and Europe.
4.2. Manufacturing times are 8 to 12 business days.
4.3. Delivery times vary depending on the Buyer's location.
4.4. Production times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or events.
4.5. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, carrier delays, peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volumes.
*ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT
5.1. Payment is made online by credit card or via PayPal.
5.2. The Buyer is responsible for the security of their payment information.
5.3. The Seller uses payment security protocols that comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standards to protect Buyers' payment information.
5.4. The Seller does not store Buyers' payment information on its servers.
5.5. In the event of a payment problem, the Buyer will be notified by email and must contact their bank to resolve the issue.
*ARTICLE 6: RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
6.1. Products may be exchanged for size reasons within 15 days of receipt of the order.
6.2. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
6.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
6.4. Products are non-refundable.
*ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY
7.1. The Buyer is responsible for using the products in accordance with the Seller's instructions.
*ARTICLE 8: LOCATION
We are based in Canada, specifically in Winnipeg, from where packages are shipped. However, we also have a shipping point in France where a representative is responsible for shipping packages destined for Europe.
*ARTICLE 8: APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Canada.
PRIVACY POLICY
FELINE ERA is committed to protecting the privacy of Buyers' personal information. The information collected is used solely to process orders and improve the customer experience. We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, for example to send you marketing, advertising, and promotional communications by email, text message, or postal mail.
